- Visit the DentaQuest Member Portal at www.dentaquest.com/member-login
- Scroll down and identify your plan type between Medicaid/Medicare Plans and Individual Health Plans and click on your state.
- A separate Member Portal Login tab will be opened for the individual plan members who purchased their coverage directly from DentaQuest or through healthcare.gov.
- Entering the sign-in page, click on the “Register” link from the top right corner or the “Register now” link under the login button at the bottom.
- Select a state from the list and fill out an online form by entering your first name, last name, email address, and date of birth.
- Provide your Subscriber ID which can be found on your purchase confirmation page.
- If you have to enter your Member ID, it can be located on the member ID card that was sent to you with your welcome letter in the mail.
- Click the “REGISTER” or “Next” button.
- Create your user login credentials i.e. username, password, security questions, and answers.
Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the rest to set up your DentaQuest Member Online Account for your dental plan.
Note that, the information you will need to use to create your online account and register for DentaQuest Member Portal must be of the primary person or subscriber on the plan. And also the information must match that info used to sign up for the plan.

Once you have registered for the service, you can securely sign in to the DentaQuest Member Portal to access your online account as you like and stay on top of your health benefits. To log in to your DentaQuest Member Portal Online Account, you can
- Go to the DentaQuest Member Login site at www.dentaquest.com/member-login
- Scroll down and click on your state under the Medicaid/Medicare Plans or Individual Health Plans according to your plan type.
- After you reach your state plan login page, enter the username which is your email address indicated on your application and then password in their respective field in the middle.

How to Reset DentaQuest Member Online Account Login Password :
The DentaQuest Member Portal users who have forgotten their login password and therefore are unable to sign in the account online can reset it.
For that, they will need to go to their respective DentaQuest Member Portal state plan login page. Click the “Forgot password?” link from the bottom of the login section and submit the email address used to set up that DentaQuest account in the Username or User Id field.
