FWISD Focus Parent Portal works seamlessly with the District’s and Focus Student Information System that grants the registered parents timely access to their student’s assignments and grades entered by the teachers and enable them to monitor their child’s progress in school.

Fort Worth Independent School District is the fifth-largest school district in Texas serving most of the city of Fort Worth as well as the cities of Benbrook, Westover Hills, Westover Village, and the portion of some other counties. FWISD has more than 86,000 enrolled students in 82 elementary schools, 24 middle schools, and 6th-grade centers, 21 high schools, and 16 other campuses.

For that, they will need to go to the Fort Worth ISD Parent Portal Registration Webpage at fwisd.focusschoolsoftware.com/focus/auth and click on the first link, “I DO NOT have an Account Registered on the Parent Portal Registration but my child is Actively Enrolled”. Then enter the following information in their respective spaces.

Parent/Guardian First Name (exactly as it appears on your driving license)
Parent/Guardian Last Name (exactly as it appears on your driving license)
A valid Email Address
Create a password of minimum 8 characters
Retype the same newly created password for confirmation

Complete the security measure and click on the “Submit” button. Once you submit your application, allow 5 business days for the campus to review your request. The campus approval process is currently the same as in previous years. The data clerk will validate and approve your request and after that, the parent will be sent a notification granting access to the FWISD Focus parent portal system.

For an update of your FWISD Focus parent portal access request, you will need to contact the Data Clerk at the school. If the campus cannot provide the required assistance, the data clerk will have to contact the Division of Technology to create a FootPrint for support.

Select the “I have an Account Registered on the Parent Portal Registration but would like to ADD A CHILD” link in the upper middle of the page.
Enter the Username and Password of the account in their respective fields on the next page.
Click on the “Login” button
